Story

In 2022, a new adventure has started, when we decided to evolve our family story.

″After dreaming about it for years, we have started the creation of our own wine estate. In 2022, we vinified 4 hectares in our parents’ garage while waiting for the construction of our building to be completed. In 2023, we will vinify 14 hectares.″ Damien et Guillaume Rinaudo

Our

Wines

With our first harvest, we have created three rosé cuvées : ″Finesse″, ″Nuit Intense″ et ″Bois de Rose″.

Our wines are mainly composed of typical grape varieties of the region, including Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren and Syrah. Our vines – located in the town of Ramatuelle, on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula – have the ‘Côtes de Provence’ appellation. Out of respect for natural resources and biodiversity, we have converted to organic farming. Hence, from 2024, we will officially be able to offer you organic cuvées.

All our rosé wines have a bright, peach colour, and depending on the cuvée they have an elegant or complex and powerful nose.

Expertise

The winegrowing culture has been anchored in our family for over 100 years. As the fifth generations of winegrowers, we wanted to remain faithful to this tradition.

Continuing our family’s practices, we have manually harvested our 4 hectares of vines this year. This manual working method allows us to select and keep only the best quality grapes and to select our mature plots as well as possible.

Le Cabanon - Location Ramatuelle

Accommodation

Very nice house with swimming pool, quiet, in the middle of the vineyards, close to Ramatuelle and the beaches. The villa, completely renovated in 2022, is ideal for a family or two couples. It includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a view of the garden. Bed linen, towels are provided. The ideal place to recharge your batteries while being close to the beaches and the exuberance of Saint-Tropez.

Les trois caps

Imagine a hike along the coast between sky, land, and sea where the blue of the sky mixes with the blue of the sea. To be done preferably in spring or autumn when the hot weather has not yet arrived, on a light mistral day to take advantage of the exceptional luminosity. There are several possible starting points between Saint-Tropez and Gigaro beach. Discover the 3 caps: Cap Camarat, Cap Taillat and Cap Lardier. After your hike, we will be waiting for you with a tasting of our wines at Domaine Rinaudo. A great reward after the efforts made!

An authentic perched medieval village, picturesque with its original snail configuration, it dominates the mythical bay of Pampelonne. You spend a few days in our region, the choice is wide… Discover the village with its Provençal market, its craft shops and its restaurants or enjoy the outdoors with a walk on the coastal path. Are you looking for the sun and the sea? The beaches of Escalet, Bonne-Terrasse and Pampelonne offer you a wide choice.
